   Above all, ARCA aims to provide services from an area of activities large enough to meet the needs of our beneficiaries. We do this precisely because we want to be able to help as many migrants and refugees as possible. Consequently, we believe that every service offered can bring a better tomorrow to our beneficiaries.

Advice and Information

  • Information activities regarding the services offered by ARCA in projects
  • Information activities regarding the services offered by other organizations and references offered to ARCA beneficiaries to their services according to their needs
  • Legal and social counseling activities (legal counseling regarding obtaining legal status, obtaining permanent residence, citizenship; legal counseling related to any aspects related to procedures and legal information that may arise in the integration process of the beneficiaries)
  • Social counseling (support regarding obtaining various social benefits; financial assistance)

Access to the labor market

  • Vocational counseling and support in the process of identifying and obtaining a job (making a CV, making applications, job interviews, etc.)
  • Mediation with employers - discussions with employers, lobbying for the cause of migrants and clarifying status differences, ensuring a common language of communication, matching between beneficiary and employer s.a.

Access to education

  • Romanian language courses
  • English classes
  • Psychoeducational activities for children
  • Psychological counseling for adults
  • Cultural and recreational events
  • Informal workshops for the older people, children, adults

Migrant Club

Cultural and recreational activities (visits to museums, movie viewings, excursions, food festivals, workshops, trainings, etc.)

Lobby and advocacy

  • Local coordination trainings
  • Sensitization trainings of the main actors in the field of migration
  • Lobby for employers
  • Working groups with other partner institutions and non-governmental organizations
  • Improving legislation and practice in the field of migration
